Exchanges /Shipping Policy / Lost or stolen packages / Custom orders 

Thanks for shopping at ARZADESIGN Handbags. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Return & Exchange Policy


  • Exchanges for items of equal or greater value are available within 30 days of purchase.
  • Holiday purchases (Nov 10–Dec 24) may be returned within 3 months with a receipt and will receive store credit valid for 1 year.
  • All items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging/tags, if applicable.

 

Custom Order Policy


  • Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • If a customer is unsatisfied with a custom order, they may receive a store credit of 50% of the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.



Condition Requirements


  • If a returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we will not be able to offer an exchange or credit.



Fees


  • Exchanges exclude shipping fees and credit card processing fees.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy – Lost or Stolen Packages


  • Once your order ships, we will provide a UPS tracking number by email. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
  • If tracking shows the package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact UPS directly to open an inquiry.
  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages and cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Please keep an eye out for deliveries, especially during the busy holiday season.



Shipping Costs


  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Repairs & Defects


  • If an item is found to have defective hardware, we will repair it within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and shape are normal in handmade leather products and are not considered defects.
  • For additional details, please refer to the warranty information below.

    Warranty


    • All ArzaDesign bags include a 3-month warranty from the purchase date covering hardware malfunctions or manufacturer defects.
    • We are not responsible for damages caused by normal wear and tear or for damage to leather after purchase, including scratches, scuffs, tears, stains, dirt, color fading, or variations.
    • Regular wear and tear is not considered a defect.
    • Natural variations in leather color, texture, and grain are expected and are part of the unique beauty of each handmade bag.



    Care Notice


    • Due to our natural tanning process, some leathers—especially brighter colors—may transfer color in humid or wet conditions. Please keep your ArzaDesign bag clean, dry, and protected.
    • We recommend using a high-quality neutral leather cream or conditioner to care for your bag and extend its life.
