Thanks for shopping at ARZADESIGN Handbags. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Exchange to equal or larger value is available up to 30 days.

if items was not used and in original condition 

Custom Orders No returns on custom orders. Unsatisfied Customer with custom order can get a credit of 50% of the value he paid which can used towards new purchase if items was not used and in original condition.

If the returned item is used, damaged or missing any parts, or gets damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we will not be able to offer an exchange

Exchanged *excludes shipping fees and cc processing fees.

SHIPPING -DELIVERIES/ lost or stolen packages. 

Once an item is shipped ,we will follow up with a UPS tracking number.
if you did not get email please contact us. 
If an item was delivered but can not be found, Please contact UPS for inquiries
We will not be responsible for any refund or exchange once the item was marked delivered and got misplaced or stolen. We will not be able to refund you. 
Please watch for your packages .High alert for holiday season 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs on customers both ways.



If item is found to have defective hardware, It will be repair by us within 30 days of purchase. Slight variation in color , texture and shape are normal with handmade leather product and are in no way considered to be defect.

All ArzaDesign bags have a warranty against hardware malfunctions or defects for three months from purchase date. 

We are not responsible for damages due to normal wear and tear, or damages caused to leather after purchase such as tears, dirt, color variation, scratches, etc. 

Regular wear and tear is not considered a defect. 

Variations in leather color and grain are normal and also an inherent part of the unique beauty of each bag.

Due to our natural tanning process, many of our leathers, especially the brighter colors, may transfer in humid or wet conditions. Please keep your ArzaDesign handbags safe and dry. We recommend using top quality neutral cream cleansers and leather conditioners to care for your ArzaDesign bags and to ensure that you have a long and beautiful life together.
